Copyright Information

This site is owned and operated by the Identity Archives Project (IdAP). Excluding the database of logo/brand identity designs, all other written, graphic, and photographic content are the property of IdAP, unless otherwise noted. No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without written consent from IdAP and/or the authoring parties (including any parties with copyright or trademarked claims to the image/design in question), except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your non-commercial use only, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of IdAP copyright and other proprietary rights, as well as the copyright and/or proprietary rights of the authoring parties. Unless otherwise indicated on this site, all trademarks, service marks and trade names in the database are the property of the authoring designers, design agencies, and their clients.

All images in the IdAP database belong to the designers and design agencies which created them, and they are copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise legally protected from duplication, immitation or appropriation without the explicit consent of the authoring parties and/or organizations which commissioned the identity design(s). The inclusion of a ®, TM, or SM symbol do not necessarily represent a formal registration of the design, and IdAP is not responsible for accuracy in this regard. If the presence of your company's logo on this website is in violation of existing copyrights or trademarks, Contact the IdAP with the details of your complaint.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall IdAP be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, interaction with, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if IdAP or an IdAP authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall IdAP have any liability to you for damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence),or otherwise) for accessing this site.

IdAP does not warrant that the information and/or designs presented on this site or contained within our public database are error-free, or that informational inaccuracies will be corrected. IdAP does not warrant that the functions (including, but not limited to database search functionalities) contained in the materials of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You (and not IdAP) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction of any issues caused by or related in any way to the use of this website.

Privacy

IdAP does not collect, share, or sell personal information in any way. Your decision to upload content to the IdAP database signifies your consent to the publishing of proprietary design work, whether it is your work or the work of another designer or design firm. Please do not upload visual or descriptive written content if you or the authoring parties have any concerns about the public's ability to view your designs. Please do not upload personally identifiable information except for design-credit promotional purposes, and even then, only post personal information if you agree to and condone its world-wide availability/viewability. All contributions to the database are public!
